Ingham Diagnostic Energy Assessors (IDEA) LTD

IDEA Ltd is an energy assessment business based in Shropshire that principally serves the West Midlands and Welsh border counties. The organisation was set up specifically to carry out assessments as part of the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive (EPBD) which states that all domestic and commercial buildings will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when they are constructed, sold or rented. Similarly all public buildings above 1000m² will require a Display Energy Certificate.

We can carry out:

EPC energy assessments on domestic and commercial buildings

SAP “on construction” calculations for new build domestic properties to issue PEAs and EPCs

SAP L1B assessments for restoration, renovation and extension of domestic buildings

Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Advisory Reports for public buildings
